Land Trust Orientation
The orientation allows us to explain the program and process for buying a Land Trust home. This explanation differs from the Homebuyer Education series and is required in by our Homeownership Program. These orientations last approximately one hour and are held twice a month in the Land Trust office.
In an effort to accommodate various schedules we provide the orientations on Wednesday afternoons at lunchtime, Friday at the end of the work day and occasionally on Saturday afternoons. After the Wednesday sessions we set aside two hours to conduct one on one intake sessions with current and potential applicants to receive and review applications, discuss individual situations and ideal next steps in the process. These meetings can be scheduled by individuals / households with active applications on file or completed applications to be reviewed at the meeting.
